Are there other payment options available?
Our members have told us they prefer making quarterly payments, and it allows us to give you a price break over other payment options! We realize that organizing and entering your important information into your E-Safe account can take time. That's why we offer our service "free" for the first three months! We want you to go slowly and work at your own pace. Remember...if it's important to you, it belongs in The E-Safe!
Can I contact someone from The E-Safe by phone?
We will be happy to answer any question you might have about your E-Safe account, either by email or by phone. Using email is our preferred choice of communication because we have members all over the world! It might be difficult figuring out the proper time-zone for Poland or Peru. If you would prefer a phone call, please send us an email with your question and phone number, including area code and international code, if necessary, and we'll call you back in 24-hours.

How do I upload scanned documents and digital photos into my account?
The first step is to get your important documents onto your computer. You can do this with a scanner, or by simply taking a picture with a digital camera.
The second step is to:
- Log into your theEsafe.com account.
- Click on 'Images & Documents'.
- Click 'Add New Document'
- Select 'Browse' for file, once you have selected the important file. Click Save.
- After clicking 'save', theEsafe.com server will securely upload your important file to your online account for safe keeping.
As for the scanning of pictures, any and all sizes are acceptable. The lower the scanner setting the smaller the image size will be… The scanner may refer to this as a resolution or a DPI (dots per square inch) Going with the lowest setting would be recommended for data-back up and higher resolution for digital pictures; IE: Wedding photos.
Why should I store my files electronically?
Electronic document storage is important in case of a disaster or emergency. People are affected daily when their documents are destroyed or not properly retained. The information stored in your E-Safe account would help you put your life back together if something unfortunate occurred.
